THIS COURSEWORK MAY NOT BE COMPLETELY THE SAME AS ANOTHER EVALUATION BUT GIVES AN IDEA OF WHAT IS NEEDED TO YOUR EXPLAIN IDEAS AND YOUR ARTISTIC PROCESS OVER THE FOUR WEEKS.

Of the exam topics that were given, I was initially interested in exploring Events – Time and Place and researching into the development of terrorism through time. However, after looking into different things that I could do for each of the subjects, I felt that exploring Word and Image and the contrast between sexism and feminism could be well researched and would give me more scope and a variety of ideas for my final piece. Following this, I created three pages of primary images of observational drawings. I drew an acoustic guitar on sheet music in pencil (using sheet music as instructional words), to show that either sex could play the instrument yet both would play the same harmony: as though both sexes live their lives by following the same script. I drew a male and female hand clasping each other with wedding rings on, on top of wedding invitations. Although the image is quite soft and
